IIM Rohtak boasts a state-of-the-art campus spread over 200 acres, strategically located on National Highway 10, approximately 90 minutes from Delhi International Airport. Recognized as an institute of national importance by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, it offers world-class infrastructure and facilities to its students.

Key Facilities:

  • Academic Block: Air-conditioned classrooms equipped with modern teaching aids, including projectors and video conferencing facilities. The block is divided into two sub-blocks: one for the IPM Program and the other for the PGP Program.
  • Library: The Knowledge Resource Centre is a 24/7 library and a member of the IIM Libraries Consortium. It houses over 5,000 books and provides access to more than 57 print journals, magazines, and 35 e-databases.
  • Hostels: The campus includes well-designed hostels, accommodating approximately 500 students. These hostels feature flats with 3 or 4 spacious, furnished rooms, each equipped with attached washrooms.
  • Student Activity Centre (SAC): Inaugurated in 2019, the SAC houses a fully-equipped gymnasium, three indoor badminton courts, and a Medical Inspection Room.
  • Sports Facilities: The campus offers facilities for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, and athletics.
  • Auditorium: A large seminar hall with a seating capacity for 1,000 people, serving as the main venue for all management and cultural events.

Scholarships for IIM Rohtak IPM students

Central Sector Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (Government):

This scheme (Ministry of Education) provides need-based grants to meritorious low-income students. IPM students who rank above the 80th percentile in Class 12 and have a family income below ₹4.5 lakh can apply. Awardees receive ₹12,000 per year for each of the first three years and ₹20,000 per year for the fourth and fifth years of their course (This scholarship thus provides up to ₹96,000 in total for five years)

IIM Rohtak Merit Scholarships (Institute-funded):

In addition to government aid, IIM Rohtak awards merit prizes to top-performing IPM students. Each year, the institute grants a cash award of ₹50,000 to each of the top five rankers (by CGPA) in each IPM term. This reward is a one-time prize (not a fee waiver) intended to recognize academic excellence within the IPM program.

The IPMAT (IIM Rohtak) is an online aptitude test of 120 minutes consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions—40 each from Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Every correct answer carries +4 marks, and every wrong answer deducts 1 mark.

Candidates must have scored at least 60% marks in both Class 10 and Class 12 (55% for SC/ST/PwD). They should be 20 years or below as of July 31 of the admission year. Students from any stream—Science, Commerce, or Arts—can apply.

Yes, IIM Rohtak offers an exit option after completing the first three years. Students who meet the academic and conduct requirements can leave with a BBA degree. Those continuing to the next two years must meet the institute’s progression criteria to receive an MBA degree.

The total fee for the first three years (undergraduate phase) is approximately ₹6.2 lakh per year, while the last two years (postgraduate phase) follow the prevailing MBA fee structure. Additional hostel, mess, and other charges may apply.
